50% polyester, 25% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 25% rayon, 40 single, 3.8 oz.

• Turn Inside Out: Flip the garment inside out before washing to protect the print from friction.
  
• Cold Water: Wash in cold or cool water (around 30°C/86°F) to protect the adhesive.
• Gentle Cycle: Use a delicate or gentle wash cycle to minimize agitation.
• Mild Detergent: Use mild soap and avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals that can damage the print.
• Tumble Dry Low/Air Dry: Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting or hang to air dry. High heat causes peeling and cracking.
• Avoid Ironing: Do not iron directly on the print; use a pressing cloth if needed
