We are New Connections of Kalamazoo, a youth after-school program serving students in grades 8–12. Our program introduces young people to a variety of skilled trades, helping them build confidence, creativity, and real-world experience. We’re excited to connect with you through our Online Store, where all merchandise is designed and produced by youth in our T-Shirt Printing Trade. They also help manage the store and gain valuable entrepreneurial and technical skills along the way.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.


The following items are non-returnable:


Donations, Event Tickets and Custom made Products

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at Marion@nckzoo.org with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your return. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline:

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.


Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Marion@nckzoo.org .


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Marion@nckzoo.org .
